Pünktlich zur Eröffnung des DC Tower 3 in der Donaustadt verwandelten die marokkanische Künstlerin Ghizlane Agzenaï sowie der deutsch-ukrainische Künstler Isakov gleich mehrere Wände in dem Studierendenwohnheim. Isakovs von Architektur inspirierte Gestaltung ziert den Eingangsbereich sowie den Co-Working Space, während Ghizlane Agzenaï zwei Gemeinschaftsräumen mehr Tiefe verliehen hat.
